For your convenience, you can view the Tamworth Regional Council Collection Policy (PDF 110.4KB) which outlines selection criteria, and we would ask that you take a few minutes to read the document. If you would like to proceed with the donation after reading about the Collection Policy, please complete the below sections, providing as much detail as possible and then hit submit.

The form will then be assigned to a relevant staff member with consideration of the materials for acquisition to be made at the first available meeting of the Acquisitions and De-accessions Committee.

The Collections staff will be available to answer any questions you may have regarding the process or the criteria for acquisition.

The goods and property described in the Schedule below and I, The Donor, do:

1. Warrant that I am the sole unencumbered owner of the goods and property in the Schedule, free from all claims.

2. Hereby give, covey, dispose and deliver unto the TRC Museums all my right title and interest in the goods and property in this schedule hereto including rights of copyright, if applicable, to the TRC Museums absolutely.

3. Declare this gift shall not determine upon my death and shall bind my Legal personal representatives.

4. Declare this gift shall ensure for the benefit of the TRC Museums, its successors and transferees in perpetuity.
