Information required to lodge a DA
All Development Applications (DAs) submitted to council must be accompanied by supporting documentation for assessment and determination. Exempt Developments and Complying Developments are exempt from this requirement.
Schedule 1 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000 specifies the minimum documentation to accompany a DA.

All DAs (except for Fast Track Applications) require a Statement of Environmental Effects. Council’s Statement of Environmental Effects for Minor Developments Form (DOCX 1.5MB) can be submitted for certain minor developments.
Council's Development and Approvals Division is now paper free. Please only submit one electronic copy of all required documentation with your DA with lodging your application on The Development Hub.
