Message from the Mayor
The public exhibition period for the draft Community Strategic Plan 2025-2035 is open until 24 April. It's a further opportunity for you to share your ideas about what future path you want our region to take. It's Council's role to collate your ideas to form a plan which reflects the community's vision. We have taken what you have already told us to create the draft document.

We are the future and the future is now!
Youth Week is back for 2025, and we're celebrating from 9 – 17 April with a range of fun events and opportunities for young people aged 12 - 24 to come together in the community. This year’s theme, 'I am____. We are the future and the future is now!' celebrates every young person’s unique strengths. The theme also recognises the individual and collective power that young people possess as the future influencers, leaders and decision makers.
