Dungowan Recreation Ground
Description
Located 25 minutes drive South East of Tamworth City on the Peel River this small rural village is home to the local Dungowan Cowboys Rugby League football team, hosts popular equine activities such as the annual campdraft and the annual Dungowan Vintage Machinery Fair. There are amenities blocks on site with change rooms and disabled access. The grounds provide temporary camping during the Country Music Festival period, this service is provided on site by the Dungowan Hall Trust S355 Committee.
