We finished installing more than 23,000 automatic water meters across our region at the end of last year which means it's now much easier to track your water usage and avoid bill shock.

Your new automatic water meter is fitted with a radio transmitter to provide accurate, close to real-time water readings, improving the accuracy of your water bill, detecting possible leaks, and promoting better water management.

It doesn't matter if you're renting, own your home, or need to manage the water use at your workplace - you can track your usage on the meter itself, or tap into multiple features available through the MyTRC Water Portal.

Registering for the water portal has many benefits for both residential and commercial customers:
