The 2026 season will have something for everyone and it all starts during the Toyota 54th Tamworth Country Music Festival when well-loved locals, the 2340 Big Band, kick things off at the Town Hall, presenting 2340 Big Band Goes Country.
The brilliant musical acts don’t stop there, with Josh Pyke to grace the stage as part of his regional solo tour, Feeding the Wolves and Other Stories, while Graeme Connors, Emma Pask, and Meg Washington will be bringing their shows to Tamworth.
Some of the world’s most iconic voices will be celebrated on stage, including Tina Turner, whose remarkable story is reimagined through a unique lens in TINA – A Tropical Love Story by Ben Graetz.
There's so much to delight children and their families to see with shows like The Adventures of Peter Rabbit and His Friends, presented by the Tamworth Dramatic Society, Spot Live on Stage, You and Me and The Land of The Lost Things, and the Dead Puppet Society’s The Riddle of Washpool Gully.
Dance and physical theatre also take centre stage for all the dancers and want-to-be dancers alike, featuring Sydney Dance Company with their captivating three-part work Spellbound Triple Bill, and Circa, showcasing breathtaking strength and artistry in Wolfe.
Tamworth's very own Tamworth Dramatic Society will present Pontypool, while the Tamworth Musical Society present First Date and iconic,The Addams Family.
