Tamworth Skywalk has reached an exciting project milestone, with contractors starting the installation of the elevated boardwalk structure this month.
Construction will continue over the coming months, with completion of the path, main boardwalk structure, rest areas and viewing platforms expected in mid-2026, alongside the Endeavour Dr carpark construction and landscaping works. The Skywalk is made possible thanks to $14.3M in funding from the NSW Government's Regional Tourism Activation Fund and $3.7M from Council's Regional Development Fund.
