Council Voting on Planning and Development Decisions

When a motion for a planning or development decision is put to the Council or a Council Committee, a Division is required. A Division is a record of which councillors voted for and which councillors voted against a planning or development decision.

This is in accordance with Section 375A (3) of the Local Government Act 1993.
