Tamworth Regional Council Roadside Grazing Application

Applications to be submitted minimum 2 weeks prior to grazing

Submitted documentation is checked, Road staff are consulted regarding possible roadworks in the area, Weeds Officers are consulted regarding possible spraying programs in the area. 

On approval by Council, your application will be emailed to Local Land Services, and you will be cc’d in. This may take up to 5 business days.

Council Permit Terms and Conditions

  1. The applicant is a resident or ratepayer of Tamworth Regional Council.
  2. Any stock that die, or are injured must be removed from the public road reserve within 24 hours.
  3. Permission is up to three months or the day prior to the expiry of the applicants Public Liability.
