3m x 3m - $143.00 ex gst

3m x 6m - $286.00 ex gst

Stall Hire

2.4m x 2.4m fete stall - $214.50 ex gst

3m x 3m structure - $288.20 ex gst

Electricity Fees

10 or 15 amp outlet - $80.00 ex gst

3 Phase - $99.00 ex gst

Power lead (10 amp) - $22.00 ex gst

Power lead (15 amp) - $45.00 ex gst

An invoice will be sent upon stall approval.  Payment is due prior to event to participate.

Please specify EXACTLY what power you require on the following form - if we don't know in advance, you run the risk of not having sufficient power on the day.  If you supply your own leads/power boards, they must all be tagged and tested.

Please complete all areas of the below form, uploading all required documents including a current copy of your Public Liability Insurance and COVID Safety Plan.

All local food stallholders are required to notify Tamworth Regional Council by completing a Food Notification Form

COVID-19

All participants are to comply with the current Public Health Orders and Government directed COVID-19 requirements in place at the time the event is held. Event Organisers will provide events participants with regular updates regarding the restriction requirements.

Event Organisers require participants not to attend the event if they are individuals who:

1. at the time of event or within the previous fourteen (14) days of the event are experiencing or have experienced any symptoms associated with COVID-19, which include fever, cough, and shortness of breath (For a full list of symptoms as outlined by NSW Health, please visit Symptoms and testing | NSW Government);

2. have travelled at any point in the previous fourteen (14) days either internationally or to a community in Australia that has been classified a COVID-19 case location by the Australian Federal Government or any Australian State Government; or

3. believe that they may have been exposed to a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or have been diagnosed with COVID-19.
