2026 Tamworth Country Music Festival - Country Music Parade Entry Form

The Country Music Parade is a celebration of Australian country music and provides an opportunity for festival attendees to see their favourite stars up close and in person while experiencing the excitement of a traditional street parade. The parade also provides a fantastic opportunity for businesses and community organisations to be actively involved in the festival.

The parade, which attracts thousands of festival fans to the CBD, is designed to be a colourful and exciting event featuring country music stars, roaming street performers, dance schools, community groups and marching bands along with a range of unique & historic cars.

No late entries will be considered.

Entrants will be contacted via email by Thursday 22 January with their entrant number and information regarding their location within the marshalling area.

Entrants will be expected to be in the marshalling area between 7.30am and 8am for a 9am start. More information will be provided in early January.

Parade entry sign

To allow for each entry to be identified a sign may be produced for your parade entry. This sign will be handed out at the start of the event and it is expected that a participant will carry/hold this sign. The sign is made of corflute and attached to a lightweight timber pole.

Please note that vehicles are not supplied unless requested.

Tamworth Regional Council works with local car clubs to supply vehicles for country music artists participating in the parade. There are also community groups that are keen to have an artist on board as part of their entry, so every attempt will be made to provide a vehicle.

Vehicle, Owner and Driver Details

The owners of any vehicles participating in the parade understand that, by submitting this entry form, they agree to be bound by its Entry Conditions and that any claims made for any damage, loss or injury arising from the use of the vehicle in the Parade will be made against the owner's Compulsory Third Party Insurance.

For each vehicle/bike participating in the parade, please specify the vehicle type, model, owner's name and phone number, and the driver's name and phone number (if different from the owner).

Attach a current copy of Public Liability Insurance ($20M+) for your business or community organisation.
