We are unable to read your water meter in order to calculate your water consumption.

If requested, please use this form to enter your water meter reading.

Before proceeding,

Have a recent water bill handy - you'll need this for your account number and water meter serial number.
If you haven't read a water meter before, check our guide.
Grab a pen and paper to write your meter reading down.
Go to your water meter, and open the cover of the meter.
Write down the number of kilolitres and the serial number.
Fill out and submit the form below.

CAUTION

Water meters and their covers often harbour spiders and sometimes snakes. Always be cautious when removing covers and reading water meters.
