T018-2027 Tamworth Regional Entertainment and Conference Centre - Catering Services

Tender Opportunity

Tamworth Regional Council invites suitably qualified and experienced catering operators to submit a tender for the provision of food and beverage services at the Tamworth Regional Entertainment & Conference Centre (TRECC). Council is seeking to establish a panel of preferred catering operators to provide catering services for functions held at TRECC. Approved operators will be included on a preferred supplier list and may be selected by third-party clients who hire the venue for conferences, events, functions and other activities. Inclusion on the panel does not guarantee any minimum amount of work.

Scope of Services

The successful operators will be considered for the provision of catering services for functions held at TRECC, including:

• Corporate events and conferences
• Concerts and live shows
• Community functions
• Private events
• Special events and other venue hire activities

Operators must demonstrate their ability to deliver high-quality food services, maintain required food safety standards, and provide professional customer service.

Interested suppliers are invited to review the tender documentation and submit their response through VendorPanel. Tender submissions must be lodged via VendorPanel prior to the closing date and time specified in the tender documentation.
