Road Status - Scenic Road 9 - 27 March 2026

Full Closure of Scenic Road, Oxley Scenic Lookout, Kamilaroi Walking Track and all other walking trails to the lookout for both pedestrians and vehicles from:

•  10:00pm Sunday 8 March – 6:00pm Friday 13 March
•  10:00pm Sunday 15 March – 6:00pm Friday 20 March
•  10:00pm Sunday 22 March – 6:00pm Friday 27 March

The closures are required for delivery and installation works associated with the Skywalk project.

All areas will reopen at 6:00pm each Friday for weekend access.

Please remove vehicles before 10:00pm each Sunday, as there will be no access during closure periods.

Additional heavy vehicle movements can be expected on White Street and Scenic Road between 4:30am and 7:00am during these dates.
