Public Notice – Temporary Suspension of Alcohol Free Zone Tamworth Town Hall Laneway

In accordance with the provisions of the Local Government Act 1993, Tamworth Regional Council gives notice that the Alcohol Free Zone in the Tamworth Town Hall Laneway will be temporarily suspended on Friday 10 April 2026, 4 – 8pm.

This temporary suspension is to facilitate a Council-approved event being held within the laneway.

During this period, the consumption of alcohol within the designated area will be permitted in accordance with the conditions of the event and any applicable liquor licensing requirements.

At the conclusion of the specified time, the Alcohol Free Zone will be reinstated.
