E027-2027 - Expression of Interest - Dungowan Recreation Reserve - Proposed Agistment Agreement

Tamworth Regional Council invites interested parties to lodge an Expression of Interest for the agistment of the Dungowan Recreation Reserve, 2852 Duri Dungowan Road Dungowan, being Part Lot 63 DP 755329 (excluding the area within the fenced recreational oval field and amenities building).

The Land is approximately 7.6 hectares. 

The term of the proposed agreement will be four (4) years.

Council will consider submissions from Interested Parties who are able to occupy the Land in accordance with the zoning requirements for the purpose of grazing livestock.

If you wish to make a submission for Council to consider concerning the proposed agistment of the Dungowan Recreation Reserve, you may provide such a submission in writing to trc@tamworth.nsw.gov.au prior to Tuesday, 20 October 2026.
