Changes to COVID-19 regulations at Tamworth Regional Airport

The NSW Government has determined this week that from Friday 17 June, 2022, the public is no longer required to wear a mask in airports in NSW. All people over the age of 12 must continue to wear a mask while aboard an aircraft flying above NSW.

Tamworth Regional Airport will follow the official advice provided by the NSW Government, meaning that from today, passengers do not need to wear face masks in the airport terminal.

This official change was made through the NSW Government’s Public Health Order (No 2) Amendment Order 2022 under the Public Health Act 2010, published on Wednesday 15 June, 2022.
