Stallholder Information

Site Fees

  • 3m x 3m - $100 inc gst 
  • 6m x 3m - $200 inc gst 
Power
  • Per power outlet - 10/15 amp $25 inc gst
  • Per power 3 phase - $70 inc gst
  • Power lead 10amp (20m) - each $25 inc gst 
  • Power lead 15amp (20m) - each $50 inc gst

Electrical call out fee

Out of hours weekend rate $500.00 inc gst for any stall that requires this service during the event operating hours of 4pm – 9pm. 

 

Application

You are filling out an application form only. The application form is for stallholders to complete and also any individuals or groups who would like to perform on the main stage at 2026 Fiesta La Peel.

This will not be a guarantee booking for stallholders and performances. Each application will be assessed and applicants will be notified by end September 2026 via the email address you supply in this application.

Application will close on Tuesday 15 September 2026 at 5:00pm.

Stallholder Requirements

Does the stall use gas? If yes, must have current compliance* - required
Will you be cooking onsite?* - required
All leads must be tagged and tested.  If you are cooking onsite, you must have an appropriate fire extinguisher and fire blanket.
Power Requirement
  • Per power outlet - 10/15 amp $25 inc gst 
  • Per power 3 phase - $70 inc gst 
  • 10amp Power lead (20m) each $25 inc gst 
  • 15ampPower lead (20m) each $50 inc gst 
Power to site will be what’s indicated in your application. Any additional power outlets required on the day will be charged as above rate and an additional invoice will be emailed to you post event.

Electrical Call out Fee - Out of hours will incur a cost of $500 inc gst to the individual who has required this call out. An invoice will be generated post event and sent. 

Test and Tag of cables is available on the day of event set up if a stallholder requires this testing. A fee of $5.50 will be incurred per cables and an invoice will be generated post event and sent. 
Performer Requirements

Requirements

All performers who will have recorded music as part of your performance will need to supply own music on either a USB, smart phone or tablet to the Audio team at the stage prior to your performance.

All stall operators and staff must adhere to the NSW Food Authority Temporary Food Handling Guidelines

Local food stallholders are required to notify Tamworth Regional Council by completing Food Notification Form.
