The Toyota Country Music Cavalcade is an iconic Festival event and a fantastic opportunity to promote your business, products or services and become actively involved in the festival. The Cavalcade is designed to be a colourful and exciting event which features many country music stars and attracts thousands of festival fans along Peel Street.
The 2019 Toyota Country Music Cavalcade is classified as a Class 1 Special Event organised by Tamworth Regional Council and will commence at NSW Police discretion on Saturday, 26 January 2019 at 9:00am, from the corner of Peel & Hill Streets. The Cavalcade will travel north along Peel Street, at walking pace, to the intersection of Peel & O’Connell Streets. The dispersal area will be in Peel Street between O’Connell & Bligh Streets.

The theme for the 2019 Toyota Country Music Cavalcade is a celebration of ‘What it means to be Australian’. All floats are encouraged to be decorated and constructed in accordance with the set theme and must have at least one country music artist, live music performance or pre-recorded music playing.
The Cavalcade entry is FREE OF CHARGE for all entries, including artists, charitable organisations,equine groups and businesses/organisations. It is still necessary to fill in the official entry form (below) to be a part of the Cavalcade.

Your entry will not be accepted unless you have completed the form it its entirety, including the broadcast float description.

Note: An aircraft flyover by the Australian Defence Force’s Basic Flying Training School may occur prior to the start of the 2019 Toyota Country Music Cavalcade.

Each float entrant will be emailed several days prior to the event. Entrants no longer collect from Council or have a formal briefing. Your float number and the artist signs will be handed out at Cavalcade Headquarters (Viatek) the morning of the Cavalcade.
Attach a scanned copy in PDF, Microsoft Word (DOC or DOCX) or JPG format. Documents should be less than 10 megabytes in size.
Please describe your float and artist on board. This is your opportunity to inform the public about your float theme, your business/organisation and your featured country music artist/group. (200 word maximum)
All floats must have a country music artist and live or pre-recorded country music as part of the float design.
To order your country music artist sign pole, please provide us with the correct spelling of your featured country music artist(s).
NOTE: Maximum float height is 4.3 metres.
An entry may have more than one vehicle at the discretion of the event organiser.
The owners of any vehicles participating in the Cavalcade understand that, by submitting this entry form, they agree to be bound by its Entry Conditions and that any claims made for any damage, loss or injury arising from the use of the vehicle in the Cavalcade will be made against the owners’ Compulsory Third Party Insurance.
For each vehicle participating in the Cavalcade, please specify the vehicle type, model, owner's name and phone number, and the driver's name and phone number (if different to the owner).
