Commercial Stall Application

Information and conditions

Stall Locations

Commercial stalls are located in either Fitzroy Street or Kable Avenue. Please see map.

Fitzroy Street (Area 1)

Stalls will be located within a 6m wide pavilion structure that will be divided into 3m x 3m sites. Stall sites are not separated by walls or partitions and it is a requirement of the applicant to provide their own free standing structures to create walls. The stall structure will be placed in the centre of the road with stalls back to back facing out toward the footpath. Stall operators can place structures and items for sale out the front of their stall site as long as these items are no further than 1.2m from the front of the stall. See plan at right showing approximate location of commercial stalls.

Although each stall site within the pavilion structure is 3m x 3m the actual size available is slightly smaller due to steel leg being located in each corner. ‘Pop up’ marquees larger than 2.8m x 2.8m are not permitted to be placed within the supplied structure.
