Site specific controls - Warwick Road Precinct and Kootingal 

Amendment No. 3 to the Tamworth Regional Development Control Plan 2010 (TRDCP) was adopted by Council on 14 August 2012.  This amendment includes the Warwick Road Precinct and Kootingal Site Specific Controls and has been incorporated into the 2 Tamworth Regional Control Plan 2010.

Overview

Council resolved to formally adopt the Warwick Road Precinct and Kootingal Site Specific Controls at the 1 Ordinary Council Meeting on 14 August 2012. The Site Specific Controls will form part of the 2 Tamworth Regional Development Control Plan (TRDCP) 2010 and will take effect from Tuesday 28 August 2012.  
It should be noted that while these Controls apply to the Warwick Road Precinct and Kootingal locality, other requirements from the TRDCP 2010 may also be relevant to any development undertaken within these areas.
