Application Tracking Portal – Certificate Registrations
Online lodgement of Private Certifiers Complying Development, Construction Certificate and Occupation Certificate registrations is now available via Council’s Online Development Hub
The first step is to register with Council in the 'Lodge and Application' Section. This will enable you to access this service. Registration confirmation will be forwarded by email once your request has been processed. This may take at least one business day. If the registration has not been confirmed within that period, please do not hesitate to call Council on 6767 5555.
Electronic Lodgement & Naming Conventions
The Electronic Lodgement Policy applies where Council requires electronic copies of plans and documents to be submitted for all planning, building and subdivision related applications (including any amendments and additional information). Council officers will be reviewing all registered documents to ensure they have been submitted in accordance with the requirements as identified by this Policy.
A Private Certifier Fact Sheet has been prepared which includes examples of the naming conventions requested by Council for the purposes of standardising Council’s electronic records and speeding up the registration process. All electronic documents submitted are to be clearly labelled as per the naming convention examples.
If you wish to consolidate all your registration documents into one file (NB: 20Mb limit), please also bookmark the PDF document identifying each document type within it (i.e. Application Form, Site Plans, Inspections and Approval Documents).
Long Service Levy Payment
All Long Service Levy Payments must be made prior to the registration of a certificate with Council. Payment must be made direct to the
Long Service Levy Corporation online
- please ensure you attach the Long Service Levy Receipt with the registration documents.
