Any proposed development that is not Exempt Development or Complying Development requires the approval of Council. A Development Application (DA) must be submitted to Council with accompanying documentation for consideration.
Minimum documentation is specified by Schedule 1 of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Regulation 2000. Council has also prepared a matrix to guide you about the information required for particular development proposals. This information is required to assist Council to assess and determine such applications.

A minimum of four (4) paper copies of all the required documentation must be prepared to accompany a Development Application and/or Construction Certificate.
