Tamworth Regional Council have revised their Engineering Design Guidelines for Subdivision and Development. The Final version, adopted on 28 June 2011 is available below.
The new Engineering Design Guidelines for Subdivision and Development have been compiled to outline Council's general procedures and practices in respect of the engineering design requirements for subdivision and development of land within the Council area.
The guidelines have be prepared in order to facilitate the expeditious processing of engineering plan submissions, issue of Construction and/or Occupancy Certificates and the release of Subdivision Certificates.
Changes to the Guidelines may be made from time to time. It is the responsibility of Developers and Consultants who work with development to ensure the document they are referring to is the most recent available. To facilitate this, the version number on the front cover will be updated every time a change is made to the document and a list of the changes made will be provided in the table of contents.
