Tamworth Regional Council has a series of application forms online that may be printed out to help you prepare your application. Hardcopies of our application forms are also available at our branch offices.
Please complete all relevant parts of the application form and obtain written consent from all landowners associated with the application prior to lodgement and for Development Application and/or Construction Certificates that four (4) copies of the relevant documentation has been prepared to accompany the proposal.
Fees associated with your application must be paid at the time of lodgement and can be calculated using Council’s current Management Plan. You may also contact Council’s Customer Services Division to obtain a free quotation of fees and charges that are applicable to your application.
