Report a Pollution Incident

There are many different forms of pollution. However, the main four are:

• air
• noise
• water
• land

Council’s Environmental Health Officers are Authorised Officers under the Protection of the Environment Operations Act 1997. This legislation allows Council to investigate, prevent and clean-up pollution incidents.

What should I do if I want to report a pollution incident
