There are two ways to obtain up-to-date population and demographic information about the Tamworth Region - Community Profile and Community Atlas.
Community Profile
The Tamworth Regional Community Profile includes results from the 2011, 2006, and 2001 Censuses of Population and Housing.
The Community Profile is designed to provide useful information to community groups, investors, businesses, students and the general public about the characteristics of the population of the Tamworth Region. To achieve this, the Profile is formatted to present the data in simple, clear tables and charts with concise factual commentary.
Community Atlas
The Tamworth Regional Community Atlas is an exciting addition to the Community Profile data which allows interested groups and individuals access to population and demographic information in a ‘spatial’ format at the local scale.
