What is the Tamworth Transport Working Group
The Ministry of Transport has established Transport Working Groups (TWGs) in prioritised towns or regions to bring together key local representatives and to develop transport solutions.
The Tamworth Transport Working Group provides members with a forum for raising passenger transport issues and discussing potential solutions to address them.
By involving all key stakeholders in discussions of particular transport issues, the potential for a solution being identified quickly and easily, is increased.
Membership of the Transport Working Group
The membership of the Transport Working Group includes representatives of all key agencies and transport operators involved in either providing or funding transport services:
Transport providers
