The Water Enterprise Directorate of Tamworth Regional Council has positions available for Water Engineers in a number of areas. We are seeking the services of graduates and/or recent graduates with experience and a keen interest in developing and broadening their skills and experience in the field of Water & Wastewater.
Every 12 - 18 months you will rotate positions with other water engineers into a different section of the Directorate maximizing your exposure to the broad range of activities undertaken by the Directorate. Your salary level will increase as rotations are completed and you gain increased knowledge and skills.
You must have strong communication/negotiation skills as well as the ability to work with a high level of autonomy and initiative.
You will need to possess a 4 Year Degree in Civil Engineering/Environmental Engineering or equivalent qualification and hold a current NSW Class C Drivers Licence.

This position has been classified as a Grade 16-19 with a salary range of $72,227 to $93,607 per annum for 35 hours work per week (inclusive of superannuation and the 3.5% civil liability allowance). The commencing salary will be dependent on skills, experience and qualifications.
