The Regional Services Directorate of Tamworth Regional Council has a position available for a trainee in their Business Support team. The trainee will work under regular supervision, assisting in the provision of administrative support for the Regional Services directorate. This traineeship is an entry level program for someone who is passionate about starting a career in administration.

We are looking for someone with commitment, good communication skills, works well within a team and is interested in learning. The applicant will also need to possess a School Certificate or relevant experience or similar and hold a current NSW Class C Drivers Licence (Provisional licence is acceptable).

The successful applicant will need to participate in training as part of the traineeship.

This position has been classified in the Operational Band for a Trainee with a salary range of $411.70 (T2) to $566.40 (T4) per week for a 35 hour week (dependent on age and experience). Tamworth Regional Council offers a range of employee benefits to successful applicants.
