Community Strategic Plan, Delivery Program and Annual Operational Plan
Integrated Planning and Reporting
Legislation requires all NSW councils to replace the previous Management Plan with a new Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework.
To comply with the framework, Tamworth Regional Council has developed five key documents. The documents are:
- Community Strategic Plan
- Delivery Program
- Annual Operational Plan
- Resourcing Strategy
- Community Engagement Strategy
Keychange 2022 Community Strategic Plan
The Keychange 2022 Community Strategic Plan was endorsed by Council at their Ordinary Meeting on Tuesday evening 26 June 2012.
2012 - 2016 Delivery Program
The
2012-2016 Delivery Program was adopted by Council at their Ordinary Meeting on Tuesday evening 26 June 2012.
2012/2013 Annual Operational Plan
The 2012/2013 Annual Operational Plan was adopted by Council at their Ordinary Meeting on Tuesday evening 26 June 2012.
Resourcing Strategy
Council’s

Community Engagement Strategy
Council’s Keychange
Community Engagement Strategy outlines the principles that Council adopted to engage the community to develop the Community’s Community Strategic Plan as well as Council’s Delivery Program, Annual Operational Plan and Resourcing Strategy.
