Integrated Planning and Reporting
Legislation requires all NSW councils to replace the previous Management Plan with a new Integrated Planning and Reporting Framework.
To comply with the framework, Tamworth Regional Council has developed five key documents. The documents are:
- Community Strategic Plan

- Annual Operational Plan
- Resourcing Strategy
- Community Engagement Strategy
Community Strategic Plan
2016/17 Annual Operational Plan (AOP)
The Annual Operational Plan for 2016/17 was adopted by Council at the Ordinary Meeting Tuesday 28 June 2016.
The Annual Operational Plan lists the services, activities and projects Council will undertake in 2016/17. It also includes Council’s 2016/17 Revenue Policy and Schedule of Fees and Charges. Detailed financial information included in the AOP includes the annual budget, Council’s Revenue

was adopted by Council at their Ordinary Meeting on Tuesday 25 June 2013.
Community Engagement Strategy
Council’s Community Engagement Strategy
outlines the principles that Council adopted to engage the community to develop the Community’s Community Strategic Plan as well as Council’s Delivery Program, Annual Operational Plan and Resourcing Strategy.
